Delivery Information

Succulent Surprise provides a delivery service from Monday to Saturday to the majority of Sydney suburbs using specialty couriers (Like what a florist would use). The delivery cost start at $12.95(including GST) and will depend on how far the delivery address is from our warehouse. See below if we deliver to your suburb. 

We offer a next day delivery service across Sydney.

Please note that we can not guarantee a specific delivery time.

For deliveries that contain alcohol please note the following:

• Due to legal requirements all deliveries that contain alcohol must be signed for by someone over the age of 18 and cannot be left unattended.
• Please note that we/our couriers reserve the right to request ID for anyone that may look under the age of 25 prior to leaving the order with them. 
• Our general procedure - Recipients will be sent an SMS on day prior to delivery advising them that we have been requested to deliver a package to them tomorrow that can not be left unattended and to confirm if someone will be home between X & X o'clock or alternatively provide them with the opportunity of having the gift redirected to another Sydney Address where someone over the age of 18 can receive the gift or of an alternative time window of when someone will be home to receive it.

What delivery information do I need to provide?

Residential Address: Please provide the full address and instructions on where to leave the delivery if the recipient is not home. i.e. leave at front door or leave with neighbor.

Business Address: Please provide name of the business, full address and department at which the recipient works.

Hospital Address: Please provide full name and address of hospital. Please also provide Ward Name and room number where possible. Please advise us if the recipient is a staff member or a patient.

School Addresses: please provide full name of school and address. 

When will the recipient receive their delivery?

We deliver from 8-30am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. For business addresses, we aim to deliver by close of business. 

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the order?

Residential Address: We or our courier will find a safe place to leave the order. Please ensure that the courier is able to access the recipient's property. If the recipient is not home and we are unable to access the property your order may be returned to our warehouse and additional re-delivery fee will be payable to redeliver your order.

Business Adresss: We or our couriers will leave the delivery at reception.

Hospital Address: We or our couriers will leave the delivery at reception.

School Address: We or our couriers will leave the delivery at reception.

Orders that contain alcohol: all orders that contain alcohol must be received by someone over the age of 18. 

What happens if I provide the wrong address?

Please ensure that you provide us with accurate delivery details as we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by you. 

If your order has not been dispatched, you may send us an email to info@succulentsurprise.com.au to update the delivery details.

Where your order has been dispatched and not yet delivered, you may contact us to update the address. You may need to pay an additional delivery fee to have order redirected.

How do I know that my order has been delivered?

Generally, an email is sent to the original email address provided advising that the order has been delivered.

Do you offer urgent or timed deliveries?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service. 

What happens if the order is delivered but the recipient does not receive it?

Where we and our couriers have followed your delivery instructions we will not be responsible for any orders that go missing.
