Succulent Surprise provides a delivery service from Monday to Saturday to the majority of Sydney suburbs using specialty couriers (Like what a florist would use). The delivery cost start at $12.95(including GST) and will depend on how far the delivery address is from our warehouse. See below if we deliver to your suburb.
We offer a next day delivery service across Sydney.
Please note that we can not guarantee a specific delivery time.
Residential Address: Please provide the full address and instructions on where to leave the delivery if the recipient is not home. i.e. leave at front door or leave with neighbor.
Business Address: Please provide name of the business, full address and department at which the recipient works.
Hospital Address: Please provide full name and address of hospital. Please also provide Ward Name and room number where possible. Please advise us if the recipient is a staff member or a patient.
School Addresses: please provide full name of school and address.
We deliver from 8-30am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. For business addresses, we aim to deliver by close of business.
Residential Address: We or our courier will find a safe place to leave the order. Please ensure that the courier is able to access the recipient's property. If the recipient is not home and we are unable to access the property your order may be returned to our warehouse and additional re-delivery fee will be payable to redeliver your order.
Business Adresss: We or our couriers will leave the delivery at reception.
Hospital Address: We or our couriers will leave the delivery at reception.
School Address: We or our couriers will leave the delivery at reception.
Orders that contain alcohol: all orders that contain alcohol must be received by someone over the age of 18.
Please ensure that you provide us with accurate delivery details as we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by you.
If your order has not been dispatched, you may send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to update the delivery details.
Where your order has been dispatched and not yet delivered, you may contact us to update the address. You may need to pay an additional delivery fee to have order redirected.
Generally, an email is sent to the original email address provided advising that the order has been delivered.

Where we and our couriers have followed your delivery instructions we will not be responsible for any orders that go missing.
