However, we also accept orders for Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and the ACT. For deliveries outside of Sydney, please contact us directly to discuss shipping and any specific requirements for your order.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to choose a specific succulent. This is because of the seasonal nature of succulents and our inability to guarantee that a particular succulent will be available at any point in time.
Generally, we stock a wide variety of large 6 to 12cm echeveria succulents.
1) Echeverias - Are rosette shaped plants with smooth leaves
No, our pots do not have drainage holes, making them ideal for indoor use. Single succulents may come in a plastic insert with drainage holes, designed to fit perfectly inside our pots. When watering, you can easily remove the insert, allowing excess water to drain before placing it back into the pot. If the plant is a cactus, we recommend using thick gloves and covering the cactus with newspaper to avoid injury during handling.
This watering method helps prevent water build up, reducing the risk of root rot while keeping your floors and furniture clean.
Succulents and Cacti can actually go a while without watering,
Make sure that soil is relatively dry before watering your plant.
If you are not sure whether to water or not. Don't....Wait another week before watering.
After a few month your plant may outgrow the pot it originally came in, consider repotting it in a slightly bigger pot with a drainage hole. For succulents and cacti, we recommend using a succulent and cacti soil mix which can be purchased at your local nursery.

To cancel or change you order you will need to contact us at least 1 week prior to the delivery scheduled date by sending us an email to info@succulentsurprise.com.au. For cancellations, we will refund the full amount paid less deposit paid.

No. At this time we are purely an online retailer, however, pickup may be possible from our studio in Padstow.
